Absolutely. We wear boot covers and lay drop sheets to protect your floors. Every job ends with a thorough clean-up, leaving your home exactly as we found it (minus the plumbing or electrical problem, of course).
Q. How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Q. What types of services do you offer?
Everything from blocked drains and hot water repairs to powerpoint installations and aircon servicing. Our team handles all plumbing, drainage, hot water, electrical, heating and cooling needs. One call sorts it all, whether it’s a dripping tap or a complete switchboard upgrade.
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we’re fully licensed (Electrical / REC Licence #26011 & Plumbing Licence #111639) and carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Every tradie on our team holds current licences and police checks. Lexity also takes out extensive company liability insurance to ensure your property is always protected and for your ultimate peace of mind.
Q. Do you provide upfront pricing before starting work?
Always. We offer a $0 call out fee (during business hours) and provide fixed quotes before any work begins. No surprises, no obligation.
Q. Can I get a quote over the phone?
As much as we’d love to (would probably make our technicians jobs easier) , our receptionists don’t handle pricing - they’re just receptionists focused on booking / coordinating jobs.
In saying this, we offer a $0 call out fee. If you like the quote we provide and we’re the right fit, brilliant! If not, no stress at all - we’ll shake hands, wish you the best and we just go our separate ways.
Q. Do you charge a call-out fee?
